		<description>Sure. But without a significant reforestation and afforestation plan amongst a host of other things, we are not going to make the requisite emissions cuts soon enough. In other words, we have to do a little more to promote the shift. A gradual change will not be enough - if there is a market opportunity defined by scale and innovation, then the incumbent business models will not constrain a market-based solution.

One thing is for sure, biofuels need a lot of work, probably some legislation, and regular scientific review.</description>

What we need are electric cars, with electricity first produced by coal, then gradually shifted to alternative energy sources (solar, wind, geothermal, nuclear, hydroelectric, in that order of preference)</description>
